How we use your details.

We only ask for what we need to reply to your enquiry and prepare your quotation.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry planner, we receive the event details you choose to share (occasion, date, venue, guest count, menu preferences and notes), your name, your mobile number, and your email address if you give it.

How your enquiry reaches us

The planner opens WhatsApp with your enquiry written out, and nothing is sent through WhatsApp until you press send there. A copy of your enquiry may also be emailed to us through our form provider, Web3Forms, so that no enquiry is missed. WhatsApp and Web3Forms handle data under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare a quotation and plan your event. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

What stays on your device

So you don’t lose your answers, the planner saves your event details (never your name, phone number or email) in your own browser. They are cleared when you send your enquiry, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

Maps and cookies

The Google map on our contact section only loads when you choose “Show interactive map”; Google’s privacy policy then applies. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
