Shivam Caterers

Wedding catering · Surat Every function, one kitchen.

An Indian wedding is rarely one meal. From the haldi lunch to the reception dinner, we plan the food across every function, so each one feels different and the whole celebration feels considered.

Our approach

How we cater a wedding

Planned across functions

Each function has its own time of day, guest count and mood. We build a menu for each one, so guests never sit down to the same spread twice.

Live counters

Chaat, dosa, tandoor and jalebi counters bring the kitchen to your guests. We’ll suggest the ones that suit your guest list and venue.

Food your family recognises

Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian and global dishes, all pure vegetarian, with Jain and Swaminarayan menus on request.

Timed to the rituals

Meals are planned around the muhurat and the ceremonies, not the other way round.

Menu ideas

Menu ideas, function by function

Haldi & mehendi

Chaat counters, light snacks and chilled welcome drinks for a relaxed daytime crowd.

Sangeet

Live counters, food that’s easy to eat standing, and a dessert table that keeps going all night.

Wedding lunch or dinner

A traditional Gujarati or Punjabi spread with farsan, breads and mithai.

Reception

A multi-cuisine buffet with live counters and a full dessert station.

Starting points, not set packages. See every cuisine we cook, then tell us what your guests love.

How we work

From first call to final plate.

  1. 01

    Enquire

Share your date, venue and guest count — on a call, on WhatsApp or through the planner.

  2. 02

    Plan

We talk through the occasion, the food your guests love, live counters and service. A menu tasting can be arranged.

  3. 03

    Confirm

You receive a detailed menu and quotation, refined with you until it’s exactly right.

  4. 04

    Celebrate

On the day, our uniformed team cooks, sets up, serves and clears up, so you can be a guest at your own event.

Questions

Good to know.

More answers on our home page, or just call us.

Can you cater all of our wedding functions?

Yes. Tell us how many functions you’re planning and roughly how many guests each one has, and we’ll suggest a menu for each.

How early should we book?

As soon as your dates are fixed. Wedding-season dates are the first to go, so it’s worth a quick call to check availability, even before your venue is final.

What kinds of venues do you cater at?

Homes, banquet halls, party plots, farmhouses and open-air venues across Surat. We also cater outstation events; ask us about your location.
